Qualifications
A full list of Childcare Early Years Educators (key-persons) is available at each setting along with a smile to welcome you to our setting each day. All our staff either hold a minimum of CACHE Level 3, 4, 5 or 6 Diploma in Pre-School/childcare Practice (DPP) or Childcare management or are currently training to achieve this status.
The managers either hold NVQ Level 4 CACHE/ CACHE level 5, 6 or 7 Diploma in Leadership for Children & Young People’s Service, or are training to achieve this status or higher.
All our staff are DBS checked and we also have a designated Child Protection Officer and Special Educational Needs Coordinators.
All our staff members are first aiders in our premises and all hold a certificate in food hygiene.
