"I would highly recommend PWC, the staff are friendly and welcoming and our son has really enjoyed his time there. It has great facilities for your childs development, with an amazing outdoor play area. When it came to saying goodbye at the end of the year (my son is off to big school in September) all the staff made such a warming effect by hosting a graduation for the children, it felt so special and showed how valued every single child is there. “Fantastic Preschool! Before starting at preschool my son had never been looked after by anyone other than family. Due to this he struggled to settle at pre-school to start with. All the staff worked very hard to welcome him & make him feel welcome & soon he started to enjoy being there! His social skills have improved greatly during his time at Parklanes Wykeham and he is also now ahead in where he needs to be with his education, especially with his phonics. 'Mia has been going to After School Club since Reception and more recently Breakfast Club, and she is now in year 6. Andy and Bev and the team have been brilliant throughout this time, and Mia has really enjoyed being there. I would highly recommend there services, knowing your child is safe and well look after is a blessing in itself. As Mia leaves to start her new journey into Secondary School, I would like to take this opportunity to thank them all for helping her to flourish in her younger years. My children attend both breakfast & afterschool club and are always happy when dropped off and picked up. There is lots of activities for them to do and they often come home with things they have 'created' such as decorated biscuits etc. It's nice for them to spend extra time with their friends afterschool and make new ones too. Staff are always friendly and the clubs are really well organised. Just makes going to work that little bit less stressful! Nadia Chattaway 02/11/2015.

Both Bella and I wish whole heartedly that we did not have to leave you at PWC @ Forest row pre-school setting. We have both become vey attached to all the staff, and I have NEVER known a childcare setting to be so supportive and loving and have such a caring environment. I want to say thank-you for all the amazing support you have given us since Bella started. I believe that the staff have gone above and beyond the norm in their support for Isabella and our family. I would recommend this setting in Collier row to any parents thinking of starting their. We leave it with great sadness, it is one of a kind. Sharon and family. 22/10/2015

Evie has attended PWC Afterschool club with the team for over a year. They are always willing to work with you to accommodate any changes if at all possible. The children are well looked after and happy, you can rest assured they will collect your children and contact will be made if there are any problems. The willingness to help and flexibility have helped get me through the past years at primary school. Not sure how we would of got through without the support of Bev and the team. Olivia has had a wonderful time here at Parklanes Wykeham Childcare @ Collier row preschool. I have found you to be supportive with our potty training needs. All the staff have been wonderful and positive experience as Olivia’s 1st teachers. Thank you. She often tells me the fun day she has had. Our son has attended Parklanes Wykeham Childcare @ Collier row preschool setting, for over two years. He has progressed so much at the setting. When he first started he wasn’t speaking much and had a hard time settling in but the wonderful staff worked hard with him with extra support and put measurers in place to help with his needs, and now he is a changed boy. I can honestly say that i have no negative feedback at all. When Poppy started she was very tearful and found it hard leaving me but the staff did an amazing job at settling her in and keeping me updated throughout the day, by phoning and reassuring me (Nice Touch!). Poppy’s key worker @ Collier row preschool setting and the settings deputy were a big part of this. I think you have great staff, always friendly and helpful. Also the homework you give out is also a fab idea, i have enjoyed doing some of the pieces with poppy and its great that they can show and tell them. I couldn’t recommend use enough and i am very sad Poppy is leaving. See you in a few years with Daisy. Samantha Colliss 16/07/2015

I cannot praise or Thank you enough for everything you have done for Kyla. When she first started at Parklanes Wykeham Childcare @ Forest row preschool setting she was a very shy and reserved little girl who didn’t like mixing with others and now she is the total opposite . she has learnt so much and become such an independent little lady and I couldn’t be prouder of her. Grace has been attending afterschool club since reception (Sep 2011) Parklanes Wykeham childcare have always provided an excellent childcare service and are accommodating if suddenly need to change plans ( such as an unforeseen emergency) Grace is well cared for and happy at the setting, where staff are very friendly. Elle has settled into Breakfast and After-school club with great ease as her first year in reception. This is all down to everybody at Parklanes Wykeham Childcare. She loves it so much that she moans about not going when we are there to take her to school or collect her from school. I cannot recommend Parklanes Wykeham childcare highly enough. The Management and all the team run a very professional extended services within their settings. They are always helpful and so are the staff. Their settings are always clean and tidy and they strive to create a wonderful atmosphere at each setting, and i personally have complete faith and trust in the care of my daughter. We cannot recommend the afterschool club highly enough. The Management and team are truly caring and nurturing towards the children. They are always happy to welcome you into the provision and they have created a lovely atmosphere. Our son Lucas loves the club so much that he has told us off on several occasions for picking him up “to early”. We have no doubt that he is in the best possible hands while he is at the club. THANK YOU! This does not seem enough to say after everything you have done for us. My daughter has been extremely happy, supported, & cared for at both you Breakfast club and Afterschool club setting this was evident at the tears she cried when leaving, She will tell you herself that she had so much fun. As a parent knowing your child is happy takes away one of your biggest worries, thank you so much for how happy we have both been with your settings, the staff are one happy family & extremely professional, if anyone is looking for childcare then this is the place I would recommend above all others. Our 6 year old son Louie has been attending the breakfast and after school club at Wykeham for 2.5 years. We have always been more than happy with the level of care he receives and think the staff are fantastic. He is extremely happy there and as well as learning he has lots of fun. Last September 2014 our 3 year old son George started at the pre school, he only attends once a week and we were worried it would take him a while to settle, as it did at nursery. However, he amazed us how quickly he settled and bonded with the carers. He is so happy and content and is always made a fuss of.Bev and Andy are a prime examples of good leadership, they are extremely supportive and show a great deal of care and interest in our children. We have often asked for extra sessions with little notice but Bev, Andy and Teresa are always happy to accommodate where possible. They show a great deal of care to the children and the parents, which is invaluable. I can't thank them enough for their continuous support! 06/02/2015
