PWC Ltd opened its Turtle Club Setting in September 2009 and it has continued to provide parents an entertaining fun environment for their children during the school holidays. Though Schools may be out our Summer Club offers a variety of fun activities from cooking, face painting, arts & crafts, as well as prearranged outdoor trips. Your child will spend their time with us in a busy, happy environment with an ample amount of amusement to keep them entertained. PWC are currentley working closely with london borough havering with a HAF Programme, (Early Years Holiday Activity & Food Programme)

Easter and Summer Club Care Rules:

In order to make sure that your children feel safe whilst they are in our care, we have some rules that your children will need to know -

•  Respect the staff & the other children.

•  Treat others how you like to be treated.

•  No kicking, punching, biting or swearing. If this occurs then the Parent/Carer will be informed and this will be followed by a suspension.

•  Respect everything within the setting.

Easter Break Summer Club:

Week 1:         Monday 7th April 2025-Friday 11th April 2025 -

                      Six Hour Session - 9.00am - 3.00pm -   

                     £40.00 per child per day (Booked in advance).

                     £45.00 per child per day (Drop-in session, not booked).

 

Summer Holiday Club: 

Week 1: (39th WEEK)      Monday 14th July to Friday 18th July 2025-

 

                Half day - 4 Hour sessions (9.00am – 1.00pm) £30.00 per child per day. (Booked in advance)

                Full day - 6 hour sessions (9.00am – 3.00pm) £40.00 per child per day. (Booked in advance)

                Half day - 4 Hour sessions (9.00am – 1.00pm) £35.00 per child per day. (Drop-in session, not booked)

                Full day - 6 hour sessions (9.00am – 3.00pm) £45.00 per child per day. (Drop-in session, not booked)

Our current summer club works inconjunction with the Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) 2024, To be confirmed if funded is available to cover costs for parents eligible for the scheme. More details to follow......

The programme is designed to support families on a lower income, or children who are considered to be vulnerable. Children who attend a HAF session will have access to a full range of activities and they will receive a healthy nutritious meal.

In addition to children who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals, consideration will also be given to those children who are considered to be vulnerable, or would benefit particularly, by individual school and services referral. For example:

  • Looked after children.
  • Has an EHC plan (Education Health and Care plan) 
  • Refugee
  • Significant SEND needs

How do I apply?

To have access to the funded sessions you MUST be eligible for  BENEFIT RELATED Free School Meals and have made an application through Havering, regardless of your child's age as not all children in KS1 are eligible even though they receive a meal at school usually, the link to Free School Meals application is on this page Free School Meals Criteria and Application Link

Families being referred for funded places who are not eligible for Benefit Related Free School Meals will be registered to receive a unique voucher code to access bookings via their referrer (school or other services).
